Once you submit your 'Launch Kit' (your inventory and details), our standard turnaround is 3-5 business days. If you choose the Professional Plan, you get Priority Setup, which often launches in 24-48 hours.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to use Reservety?
Not at all. That is why we exist. We handle the technical setup, hosting, and security. Your job is just to log in, view your dashboard, and accept bookings.

Do I need to pay for separate web hosting (like GoDaddy or Bluehost)?
No. Every Reservety plan includes secure, high-speed cloud hosting and an SSL security certificate. We are an "All-in-One" solution. If you already own a domain name (e.g.,

Yes. We can integrate our booking engine into your existing site. We create a "Booking Subdomain" (e.g.,

Do you charge a commission on my bookings?
Zero. We do not charge transaction fees. You keep 100% of your rental income. (Note: Your payment processor, like Stripe or PayPal, will still charge their standard processing fee, usually around 2.9%).
Is there a setup fee to get started?
There is no extra setup fee for standard setup. To reserve your spot in our setup queue, we simply require your first month's subscription payment upfront as a deposit. This covers the manual labor our team invests in building your account.
Are there any long-term contracts?

What if my business is seasonal (e.g., Ski or Summer Party)?
We offer a Hibernation Plan ($15/month). This keeps your website online (protecting your Google SEO rankings) and saves all your data/settings, but disables the checkout. When your season starts again, you can switch back to a full plan instantly.

Can I migrate my data from another software (Booqable, Point of Rental, etc.)?
Yes. If you can export your inventory and customer list to Excel/CSV, we can import it into Reservety for you during the Concierge Setup.
What happens if I outgrow the Starter plan?
You can upgrade to the Professional plan at any time with one click. All your data, bookings, and settings will remain exactly the same; you will simply unlock the new features (like POS and Smart Locks).
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use enterprise-grade cloud servers with daily backups. For sensitive data like contracts, we log IP addresses and timestamps. For high-security needs (like Driver's Licenses), we offer integrations with Stripe Identity to ensure you are GDPR compliant.
Do you integrate with Xero?
Yes. Because Xero requires a specialized premium connector, it is available as an add-on for $29/month on the Professional plan.
Can I create a visual map for my Campground?
Yes. We offer a Visual Map Builder for Campgrounds and RV Parks. Due to the graphic design work required, there is a one-time $299 Setup Fee to build your interactive map.
What payment processors do you support for Terminal (Card Present) and Identity Verification?
Both the In-Store POS Terminal (Card Present) and Identity Verification features use Stripe. The Terminal feature allows you to accept physical card payments in-store, while Identity Verification helps verify customer IDs for high-value rentals.
Do you support my specific Payment or Shipping provider?
We support almost all major global gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Square, Authorize.net, Mollie, etc.) and major shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL). If you have a specific local provider, ask us during the demo—we likely support it or can enable it for you.
