Players pick the hour and the court on the plan of your club and pay half online. Prime time costs more, members pay the member rate, open play fills itself up to sixteen, the league is one booking for the season, and the pros teach on their own court in their own hours. Your club’s website is included.

Saguaro Pickleball & Tennis Club is our test club in Scottsdale, Arizona: six pickleball courts, two of them under a shade structure, two tennis courts, a pickleball pro and a tennis pro. Every screen below comes from it, with a week of play in October.
01
Players book through an app that charges the club for every hour, lists you next to every other club in town and keeps your players’ numbers.
The player picks the day and the hour, then the court on the plan of the club: the courts still free at that hour are outlined, the taken ones are not offered. Friday at 6 pm only court 4 is left. The confirmation comes by text with the cancel link, and the player’s number stays with you.

02
From 5 to 9 pm everyone wants a court, the mornings sit empty, and the price is the same all day.
Each court has two prices: $24 an hour on weekday mornings and afternoons, $36 from 5 pm and at weekends (tennis $30 and $40). You set them once; the site works out the price of the hour the player picks. Tuesday at 10 am: $24.

03
Members expect their discount, so the desk looks up who is a member and changes the price by hand.
Members are a group in the club’s customer list. Logged in, a member sees the member rate on every court: the same Friday hour is $27 instead of $36, and a Tuesday morning is $18. Nobody at the desk touches the price.
Friday 6 pm, court 4, for a member: $27. Click the image to enlarge.
04
On Friday evening two groups don’t show up, and their courts sit empty on a promise.
Online, half is paid by card at booking and the rest at the desk; or all of it, if the player prefers. Cancelling is free up to 24 hours before, from the link in the confirmation; after that the advance stays with the club.

Open play runs on a clipboard and a group chat, and on Saturday twenty-four people show up for four courts.
Open play is a session on the club’s page: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 8 to 10 am, $10 a player, sixteen places. Players book a spot from their phone; the page counts down the places left and says Full when the morning is full. Courts 1 to 4 are held for it, so nobody books them by the hour.

06
Eight teams play every Tuesday. The desk writes the courts into a notebook week after week, and still gives one away.
The Tuesday Night League is one order: courts 1 to 4, 6 to 8 pm, every Tuesday until December 15, at the league rate of $160 a night. Thanksgiving week is left out; a Tuesday they skip is cancelled on its own and those courts go back on the site. They pay monthly at the desk.

07
Ten-visit cards get punched at the desk and lost in a gym bag.
The player pays $200 once and the money sits in their account at the club. Each morning booking is paid from it, and they get a text with what is left: Ellen has $128 after three mornings.

08
The pro keeps lessons in a notebook, and the pro’s court gets booked by someone else.
Dana has court 6 on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings; those hours are held on the court calendar, so nobody takes them. Lessons book on the club’s page only inside her hours: on Thursday 5 and 6 pm are taken and 7 pm is free. Her share is counted for her (row 12).

At 5 pm the monsoon wind picks up, and the desk calls every group on the open courts, one by one.
In the court schedule the desk clicks the booking and picks a free court under the shade structure. If the court picked is held by another booking, the two swap. The players get a text with their new court.

On tournament Saturday someone still books court 2 at 11.
The Saguaro Fall Classic holds every pickleball court on Saturday, October 24, from 7 am to 9 pm. On the site the only start times left that day are 6 am and 9 pm, Dana’s lessons are off that morning, and tennis runs as usual.

At 6 pm on Friday the desk doesn’t know how many courts are left or who is coming.
The schedule for one day: the hours booked, the pickleball and tennis courts all out at prime time, every player booked, and open play with its places left. A click on a line opens the bookings behind it.

Advances by card, the rest in cash, the pros on a percentage: the totals get done on a calculator on Sunday night.

The club has a Facebook page and a listing in a booking app, next to every other club in town.
We build it in your name: the courts on the plan, the prices, open play, the league, lessons with the pros. Hosting is included.
Saguaro, the test club. Yours looks like yours.
Saguaro Pickleball & Tennis Club is a test club we built for this page; the players’ names are made up, the phone numbers don’t exist and the photos are generated. The text messages are drawn, and the lessons page is drawn around the real booking widget; every other screen is the system, with the test club’s week run through it.
