Classes made once for the whole term, each with its studio and its places. Parents register from a link and get reminders by text and e-mail. Teachers take attendance and cash on their phone, you see who has paid this month, the showcase sells its own tickets, and an empty studio rents by the hour. $99 a month, flat.

Maple Street Dance Studio is our test studio in Raleigh, North Carolina: five classes, three teachers, three studios and a wedding couple. Every screen below comes from its week of October 12. The whole week, step by step, is in the use case A dance studio’s week.
01
Every September the schedule is rebuilt in a spreadsheet, and every change is a group text.
One form per class makes the whole term: Ballet 4–6 every Monday and Wednesday at 4 pm with Emily, until the term ends. The week screen shows every class by day and hour, with its teacher, its studio and the places taken.

02
Two teachers walk into Studio A at 4 pm.
Under Resource, every studio shows whether it is free at that hour, and one click holds it for the class. A held studio is blocked for that hour, so it can’t be booked twice or rented out from under the class.
The studio is held, not just named. Click the image to enlarge.
03
Sign-up sheets on a clipboard, and nobody knows how many places Ballet 4–6 has left.
A child is a name and a parent’s phone, and the phone is where reminders and receipts go. Register a child for every upcoming class in one step, and the class shows six of six when it is full.
Parents can book a trial class from the class’s own link: they see the places left, class by class.

Emily is sick on Thursday, and the cover is arranged by text the night before.
Open Thursday’s class: the teacher list says who is free and who is busy. Pick Sarah, then Only this Thursday. Next week the class is Emily’s again without anyone changing it.

Half the parents missed the room change because it went to the wrong chat.
On Monday every family gets its child’s week by e-mail, with the days, the times, the studio and the teacher, and every teacher gets their own list. The day before a class the parent gets a text. A parent who never gave an e-mail still gets the reminder and the receipt by text.

The attendance book stays at the studio, and the cash ends up in a pocket with no note.
The teacher’s app lists each class with the children and their balances. One tap marks a child present and charges the class; a child who cancelled isn’t charged. When a parent pays the month in cash, Take payment records it on the spot and the parent gets a receipt by text.

07
At the end of the month somebody goes through the bank statement to find who hasn’t paid.
Families pay the month into their child’s balance, online or at the studio. Class Money shows the week: what was collected, who owes and how much, and when each family last paid and to whom. The parent’s own page shows the balance, the payments and every class behind it.

Recital tickets are cash in envelopes at the door.
The showcase is a page in the studio’s shop: one evening, a child price and an adult price, one count of seats. Families buy online and the seats count down.

09
“Can we book your studio for a rehearsal?” gets answered by phone, and the answer is a guess.
Studio B is in the studio’s shop: $40 an hour, $50 on weekday evenings and weekends, paid online. The hours the classes use are never offered, so nobody keeps two calendars.

The couple’s lessons live in your personal calendar, outside the studio’s.
Megan and Josh learn their first dance with Sarah every Wednesday at 7 pm until the wedding: a class with two places and its own rate, in Studio A. Couples who want a one-off lesson pick a free hour on the studio’s page, and the request lands on your phone to confirm.

Maple Street Dance Studio is a test studio we built for this page, on a test copy of a Reservety site, for the week of October 12, 2026. The teachers, the families, their phone numbers and e-mail addresses are invented; no card was charged and no message was sent. Every admin and app screen is the real system; the text-message and e-mail frames are drawn around the system’s real messages, and the replies in them were written for the page.
Skip the setup headaches. Unlike other software where you start with a blank screen, Reservety includes Concierge Setup (we build your entire system for you) to get you live in 3-5 business days.
Fill out the simple Launch Kit form. Attach your price list (Excel/PDF) and logo.
Our team uploads your inventory, configures your tax zones, and designs a professional website that matches your brand — typically ready in 3-5 business days.
We invite you to a "Go Live" meeting to review your new store. Once you approve, you turn it on and start making money.
Stop wrestling with spreadsheets and disconnected tools. One system for your entire operation — bookings, inventory, payments, deliveries, and customers.
Classes, rooms, bookings, packs and the instructor app are on the Professional plan, $99 a month. Pick the plan that matches where you are today.
Everything you need to launch and grow your rental business. Professional tools without the complexity.
From 36 reviews by rental businesses that run on Reservety, as published on Capterra (September 2026).
If yours isn’t here, ask us. A person answers.
