Sugar Sand Beach Service is our test business in Gulf Shores, Alabama: eight front-row and thirty second-row sets a day on the beaches behind two condos and a public access. Every screen below comes from it, in October.

One price all week, and the weekend sells out by Tuesday while Monday’s sets stay folded.
Each set has a weekday price and a weekend price, and the booking adds them day by day: a front-row set from Friday the 23rd to Monday is $45 + $55 + $55, $155. The family picks the beach behind their condo and the name for the umbrella tag on the same page.

Week renters ask for Tuesday to Tuesday, and the front row turns into a puzzle.
The front-row week only starts and ends on a Saturday: its calendar offers Saturdays and nothing else, at $280 for the seven days. Saturday the 17th is already full.

The weeks and the day sets were two lists, and on busy Saturdays the crew had nine families for eight front-row spots.
The week sells from the front row’s own eight sets. On Saturday the 17th, five sets are in weeks and three are day sets: the front-row day page shows the 17th full, the week page too. The red-flag Wednesday, the 21st, is closed as well.

Beach-house renters on Fort Morgan want the condo service too, and the crew prices the drive on a hunch.
The beach-house set is its own page, $45 a day, set up at the foot of the house’s walkover every morning. At checkout the address prices the crew’s trip, once for the stay, from the road miles between the shed and the house: $1.50 a mile, $15 at least, up to 25 miles. A house on Fort Morgan is 13 miles: three days, $135, and the trip $19.50. The condo beaches never charge a trip; the crew is already there.

The crew loads the trailer at 6 am from a list on the fridge.
The week in one view, set by set: on Saturday the front row is 0 left with 8 out, Sunday 1 left, the weekdays 3; the second row has room every day. The red-flag Wednesday shows what was already booked on it, 6 front-row and 2 second-row sets to call about.

Wind and red flags on Wednesday, and the website kept selling sets for it.
One rule closes Wednesday the 21st for every set: nothing new starts that day, on the front row or the second. The bookings already made for it are on the week’s count to call about.

The crew opens every order on a phone in the dark to find out which condo, which row and whose name goes on the umbrella.
The three beaches side by side, front row and second row, every set going up that morning with the name for its umbrella tag, new bookings apart from the ones that continue. All eight front-row sets are out. The beach and the tag are on every order today.

Families book their beach set from the condo balcony the night they arrive.
We build it in your name: the front row, the second row, the week and the beach-house set with their prices, the beaches you serve, the red-flag rule, your questions. Every Book button opens the real page. Hosting is included.
Sugar Sand, the test business. Yours looks like yours.
Sugar Sand Beach Service is a test business we built for this page; the families’ names and the condos are made up, the phone numbers don’t exist and the photos are generated. Every screen not marked * is the system, with the test business’s October run through it. The road miles on the beach-house checkout are a stand-in: the test box has no Google Maps key, so the distance for that address is set by hand; the rate by the mile, the rounding and the price are the system’s own.
