Juniper Pilates & Yoga is our test studio in Boulder, Colorado: three instructors, two rooms, a training floor, six reformers, classes and personal training. Every screen below comes from its week of October 12; the whole week is in the use case A yoga and pilates studio’s week.

Who teaches what lives in three people’s heads and one whiteboard.
Whoever teaches is an employee, the owner included, with their hours. Services are what anyone books by the hour: personal training at $75, a private reformer session at $70, each with the instructors who give it.

Two classes booked into one room, and a machine nobody can find a slot for.
Every room and every piece of equipment is a resource with its own places: the Yoga Room, Studio 2, the Training Floor and six reformers. A class holds what it uses for its hour, and nothing else can be booked on it.

The timetable is rebuilt every season, class by class.
Click Monday at 4 pm: a new class, its name and its places (twelve for Gentle Yoga, so the thirteenth person is told it is full), the days it repeats and the instructor. One form makes the whole season.

The schedule goes out as one PDF to everybody, and half of them read the wrong line.
Send the schedule previews who gets what. Each client gets only their own classes; each instructor gets their classes with the names on them.

PT sessions are paid in cash and tracked in the trainer’s notes app.
A weekly 1:1 is a class of one on the trainer’s calendar. Jordan paid a 10-session pack, $650, into his balance, and each session takes $65; his own page shows what is left and the sessions ahead. Personal training has its own page: personal trainer scheduling.

Payday means adding up classes from a calendar and cash from a drawer.
Each instructor’s settle-up lists $30 for each class and each weekly 1:1 session, half of each personal-training or private reformer session booked online, and any cash they took for the studio as a minus line. Pay the total, or ask for the difference, and record it.

Juniper Pilates & Yoga is a test studio we built for these pages, on a test copy of a Reservety site, for the week of October 12, 2026. The instructors, the clients, their phone numbers and e-mail addresses are invented; no card was charged and no message was sent. Every admin and app screen is the real system; the text-message and e-mail frames are drawn around the system’s real messages, and the replies in them were written for the page.
Skip the setup headaches. Unlike other software where you start with a blank screen, Reservety includes Concierge Setup (we build your entire system for you) to get you live in 3-5 business days.
Fill out the simple Launch Kit form. Attach your price list (Excel/PDF) and logo.
Our team uploads your inventory, configures your tax zones, and designs a professional website that matches your brand — typically ready in 3-5 business days.
We invite you to a "Go Live" meeting to review your new store. Once you approve, you turn it on and start making money.
Stop wrestling with spreadsheets and disconnected tools. One system for your entire operation — bookings, inventory, payments, deliveries, and customers.
Classes, rooms, bookings, packs and the instructor app are on the Professional plan, $99 a month. Pick the plan that matches where you are today.
Everything you need to launch and grow your rental business. Professional tools without the complexity.

If yours isn’t here, ask us. A person answers.
