Hourly Room Booking Software. Every Room on One Calendar.
Your customers see all your rooms side by side, pick a free one, pay and get the door code — at 11 pm on a Sunday, without calling you.
Book a room
If you rent a room by the hour, it's built for you
Offices, practice rooms, classrooms, rehearsal rooms, studios, day-use apartments, golf bays and kitchens. What changes from one to the next is the price, the minimum, the gap between bookings and what goes out with the key — and you set each of those.
💼Offices and meeting rooms
Members walk in and the room is taken.
Every room on one calendar; a booking blocks it the moment it’s paid.Day users want one flat price.
4-hour and 8-hour blocks at a set price, next to the hourly rate.People come in after hours.
The door code goes out with the booking.
🛋️Practice rooms for therapists and coaches
The same practitioner has Tuesdays 2 to 6, every week.
One booking that repeats weekly.*Clients mustn’t see each other’s names.

From “is a room free at 4?” to the door code, at Hudson Desk Co.
Every screen below follows the business you picked above. Pick another one and they change.
Every room, side by side, on their phone
A freelancer checks at 8:40 for a quiet room at 9: Focus Office 2 is free until 1 pm, so they tap 9:00, tap 12:00 and pay.
The calendar goes on any page of the website with one shortcode, and it shows the rooms you choose. On a phone it shows two rooms at a time; a swipe brings the next ones.
The price before they pay, with the extras
Three hours in a focus office with coffee: the price is on the screen before the card comes out.
Each room has its own hourly price, a minimum length and set blocks (4 hours, a full day). Evening and weekend rates apply on their own.
Your booking
The door code goes out with the booking
No front desk at 7 am. The code is in the text, and it only opens for the booked hours.
Access codes go out by email or text when the booking is paid, the same way an unattended trailer yard sends its lockbox code.
Your day, room by room
The boardroom’s two meetings, the huddle room, a day block in Focus Office 1 — and the morning’s new booking in Focus Office 2.
Booking Schedule → Timeline, by the hour: one row per room, every booking with the customer's name, the cleaning and setup gaps in grey. Click a booking to open it, or move it to another room.

Regulars keep their slot every week*
Avery Brooks has Mondays from 9:00 am to 11:00 am in Huddle Room. Instead of booking it again every week, one booking holds the slot until December, and the one week the room is already taken shows before anything is paid.
One booking that repeats every week, with the weeks the room is already taken flagged before anyone pays.
