Packages built from your own pieces: the same sofa never goes to two houses.

Two agents promised the same staging set for overlapping listings, and the crew finds out at the loading dock.

The Full-Home package and the Living Room set are made of the warehouse’s pieces, each counted: three linen sofas, six accent chairs, the dining sets, the beds. Booking a package books its pieces. This October all three sofas are in listings, so both packages are red until the 31st, when the first one comes back.

Partner agents see their own rate, signed in.

A spreadsheet of which agent gets which discount, and an invoice corrected by hand every month.

Agents in the partner group get 10% off every staging package, all year: a pricing rule for that group on the packages’ category. The public sees $1,150 for the full home from November 9; Brent, signed in as a partner agent, sees $1,035 for the same month, and checkout charges it.

Delivered, staged and picked up, priced by the road miles.

A flat delivery fee that loses money on every listing out in Gilbert.

Checkout prices the crew’s trip by the road miles from the warehouse: $8 a mile, $150 at least, up to 60 miles. A full home in Gilbert is 27 miles: $216, with the package and its pieces listed for the crew.

The room-by-room plan the agent approves.*

The agent wants to see the look before the truck leaves; the stager sends photos by text.

For Brent’s listing in Scottsdale the plan lists each room with its pieces and a photo, every piece checked free for the month from November 9, and the partner price; Approve and book turns it into the booking. The packages and the counts are real.

Every listing staged, week by week, and the sofas left.*

The stager’s spreadsheet says which house has which set and when it comes down; the warehouse finds out there’s no sofa for a new listing when the truck is loaded.

A row per listing from October 1 to mid-November, the package, the install and the de-stage, and a last row counting the sofas, the piece every package takes. From the 8th to the 31st all three sofas are in houses: a fourth listing waits for Desert Bloom to come down. The platform counts the pieces (row 01).

The road miles at checkout come from a stand-in on our test box (it has no Google Maps key); the rate, the minimum and the price are WooReer’s own.
