Drop-ins pay online for one class, regulars spend a 10-class pack, and members book with monthly credits and join a waitlist when a class is full. Instructors check people in on their phone, a cover is two clicks, and the room rents for workshops at the hours the classes don’t use. $99 a month, flat.

Juniper Pilates & Yoga is our test studio in Boulder, Colorado: five classes, three instructors and two rooms. Every screen below comes from its week of October 12; the whole week is in the use case A yoga and pilates studio’s week.
01
Every week the timetable is copied into a new spreadsheet, and clients ask whether Thursday is still on.
Each class is made once, with its days, its instructor, its room and its places, and repeats every week until you stop it. The week screen shows every class with the places taken; every client and instructor gets their own week by e-mail on Monday.

Drop-ins pay cash at the desk, and the class is over capacity before anyone counts.
Each class has a page reached by its link. A drop-in sees the places left class by class and books one at $22, paid online. When the class is full, the page says Full.
Places left, then Full. Click the image to enlarge.
03
Members text the instructor to ask for a spot in a full class.
Members are a group with 16 classes a month. Logged in, a member sees Enroll on each class with a place and Join waitlist on a full one; when someone cancels, the first member on the list gets the place and an e-mail.

Punch cards get lost, and nobody knows whether Tom has two classes left or none.
Tom bought a 10-class pack: $180 in his balance, $18 taken for each class he attends. His own page shows what is left, every class behind it and the classes ahead.

Rachel is out on Thursday, and the sub is found at 7 am.
Open Thursday’s class: the list says who is free and who is busy. Pick Nicole, then Only this Thursday; the next Thursday is Rachel’s again.

The sign-in sheet sits on the desk, and pack visits are counted at the end of the month, if ever.
The class list shows a drop-in, members and pack holders. One tap each: a place paid online is not charged again, members are covered by their credits, and pack holders pay $18 from their pack. A client who cancelled the day before is not charged.

No-shows nobody was told about.
Twenty-four hours before a class the client gets a text. Clients can cancel themselves up to twelve hours before; after that the place stays booked.

A teacher wants the room for a workshop, and you check three calendars before you say yes.
The Yoga Room is in the studio’s shop: $45 an hour, $60 on weekday evenings and weekends, paid online. A prenatal workshop books Tuesday from 4 to 6 pm. The hours the classes use are never offered.

Pack renewals slip until someone has taken three classes on nothing.
Class Money shows the week: what was collected, which pack holders ran out and owe, how much is held in credit, and when each client last paid and to whom.

Juniper Pilates & Yoga is a test studio we built for these pages, on a test copy of a Reservety site, for the week of October 12, 2026. The instructors, the clients, their phone numbers and e-mail addresses are invented; no card was charged and no message was sent. Every admin and app screen is the real system; the text-message and e-mail frames are drawn around the system’s real messages, and the replies in them were written for the page.
Skip the setup headaches. Unlike other software where you start with a blank screen, Reservety includes Concierge Setup (we build your entire system for you) to get you live in 3-5 business days.
Fill out the simple Launch Kit form. Attach your price list (Excel/PDF) and logo.
Our team uploads your inventory, configures your tax zones, and designs a professional website that matches your brand — typically ready in 3-5 business days.
We invite you to a "Go Live" meeting to review your new store. Once you approve, you turn it on and start making money.
Stop wrestling with spreadsheets and disconnected tools. One system for your entire operation — bookings, inventory, payments, deliveries, and customers.
Classes, rooms, bookings, packs and the instructor app are on the Professional plan, $99 a month. Pick the plan that matches where you are today.
