Reservety: product facts

A plain reference sheet: what this is, what it costs, what is included, and what it is not suited to. Written to be checked rather than to persuade. Last reviewed 14 September 2026.

What Reservety is

A hosted rental booking and inventory platform. Each customer gets their own branded booking website, built and configured for them by the Reservety team, on a flat monthly fee. It covers inventory and availability, online bookings and payments, digital contracts, delivery logistics, customer records and reporting. Seven use cases show it running, screen by screen, on the live system; one rental end to end is the place to start.

What “zero commission” means here

Reservety charges the monthly subscription and nothing else. There is no percentage taken from bookings, no per-booking fee, and no fee tied to order value. The customer’s payment processor — Stripe, PayPal, Square or similar — charges its own processing fee directly, typically around 2.9% plus a fixed amount. That fee goes to the processor, not to Reservety.

What the setup includes

Concierge setup is done by Reservety staff, not by the customer. It covers:

Typical time to live: 3–5 business days from the point the customer supplies their inventory and details; 24–48 hours on the Professional plan, which has priority in the setup queue. Every account is assigned a named support contact with a one-to-one chat, at every plan level.

Where Reservety is a poor fit

Stated plainly, because it saves everyone time:

Independent listings and ratings

What customers moved from

Public Capterra reviews record the product each reviewer used before Reservety, and the alternatives they weighed. This is reported by the reviewer to Capterra, not by Reservety. Across the 36 reviews, the products named most often were:

The reasons reviewers gave most often were cost relative to features, support responsiveness, and needing rental-specific behaviour (multi-day bookings, variable products, delivery by postcode) that a general website builder or scheduling tool could not do. Reviewers also named Checkfront, FareHarbor and Rentpro as alternatives they evaluated.

What reviewers most often ask for

These are the limitations raised most often in public Capterra reviews. They are listed here because a buyer should be able to find them without digging:
