How much does Concierge Setup cost?

Concierge Setup is included free with both the Starter ($59/mo) and Professional ($99/mo) plans. There's no additional setup fee—just your monthly subscription.

What if I have 500+ products?

We handle inventories of all sizes. For very large catalogs (500+ items), setup may take a few days more. We'll give you an accurate timeline after reviewing your Launch Kit.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes! If you already own a domain (like yourrentals.com), we'll help you connect it. If you don't have one yet, you can use our free subdomain (yourname.reservety.com) and add a custom domain later.

What if I need changes after launch?

You have full control of your admin dashboard—add products, update prices, and tweak settings anytime. For major redesigns or complex changes, our support team is available via email and live chat.

Do you migrate data from my old system?

Yes! If you're switching from another rental software (Booqable, EZRentOut, etc.), we can import your inventory, customer data, and past orders. Just provide an export file from your old system.

Do I get a full setup during the free trial?

During the 14-day free trial, we build a custom draft site with your branding and a sample of your products so you can test the system. Once you subscribe to a paid plan ($59 or $99), our team completes the full data entry for your entire inventory.

I already have a website. Do I have to replace it?
