How to Create Manual Orders

Learn how to create manual orders in Reservety for phone and walk-in bookings. This guide walks you through selecting a customer, choosing products, setting booking dates, and recording payments.

Step-by-step guide

Log in to your Reservety dashboard and click on Bookings in the left sidebar.

Click New Quote to start creating a manual order.

Under Customer Info, click Select Customer to choose an existing customer or create a new one.

Type in the search field to find an existing customer by name or email.
Step 4

Select the customer from the dropdown list.

If the delivery address differs from the billing address, check the Deliver to a different address? checkbox and enter the delivery details.

Click Back to cart to continue building the order.

Click the ORDER button next to the product you want to add to this booking.

Enter the booking start and end dates and select the appropriate times.

Select the desired end time from the time picker.

If applicable, select any add-ons such as Damage Waiver.

Click the RESERVE NOW button to add the product to the order.

Click Full to select full payment, or choose a partial payment option.

Enter the payment amount and select the payment method (e.g., cash, card, bank transfer).

Check the Record checkbox to confirm the payment, then click Save.

Your manual order is now created. Click on Orders in the left sidebar to confirm the booking appears in your order list.
