How to Prepare an Order

Learn how to manage orders in your Reservety dashboard. This guide covers preparing orders for fulfillment, processing payments, adding fees, editing existing orders, handling returns, and capturing security deposits.

Step-by-step guide

Log in to your Reservety dashboard and click on Bookings in the left sidebar.

Click on Orders to view your order list.

Click on the order you want to process.

Click the Order Actions button and select Prepare Order from the dropdown menu.

Use the barcode scanner to scan items for the order if applicable.

Click the Pay Due Amount button to process the remaining balance.

Select a payment method and click Pay for Order.
Step 7

To add additional charges, click Add Fee.

The updated due amount will be reflected in the order summary.

To modify an existing order, click Edit Order.

Search for and add any additional products the customer wants to their order.

Click the product icon to adjust the item quantity.

Set the desired quantity and click Save.

To update an existing item, click on the product image and adjust the quantity.

To process a return, click the Partially fulfill the returned button.

Click View Transaction to review the payment details.

Click Mark as Sent to update the delivery status of the order.

To capture a security deposit, open the order and enter the amount in the Security Deposit section.

Click the Capture button to process the security deposit.
