How to Activate the Request for Quote Feature

Learn how to enable the Request for Quote feature for specific products in Reservety. Hide prices and allow customers to request a quote instead of booking directly.

Step-by-step guide

Visit your product page. In this example, we'll use a horse trailer. Notice the prices are currently visible.

We want to hide these prices and add a Request for Quote feature instead. Go to the dashboard.
Step 2: Go to the dashboard

Click on Settings in the left sidebar.
Step 3: Click Settings

Click on Rentals.
Step 4: Click Rentals

Click on Request for Quote.
Step 5: Click Request for Quote

Click the Add Row button.
Step 6: Click Add Row

Click the Select dropdown under the Product column.

Select Horse Trailer from the dropdown menu.

Click the Update button to save your changes.

Visit your website and click on the Horse Trailer to verify the feature is active.

The horse trailer no longer displays any pricing - the Request for Quote feature is now active.

Select a booking period for the trailer.

Click the RESERVE NOW button.

Click the CHECKOUT button in the shopping cart pop-up.

Fill out the billing details and check the box to agree to the Terms & Conditions.

Click the REQUEST QUOTE button to submit your quote request.
