Check your email
You will get 2 messages from us:
The first will be for the new account on our website which will allow you to pay for the subscription and change your password. This email is not related to the free trial.
The second email can take up to 15 minutes to arrive and will contain the admin details to a live SSL Store which you can use right away to enter products and start renting.
If you don’t see an email from us within a 15 minutes, a few things could have happened:
- The email is in your spam folder. (Sometimes things get lost in there.)
- The email address you entered had a mistake or typo. (Happens to the best of us.)
- You accidentally gave us another email address. (Usually a work or personal one instead of the one you meant.)
- We can’t deliver the email to this address. (Usually because of corporate firewalls or filtering.)
- Some other error, please contact us.
